Terms of Service
MSS Order Tagging, operated by Mollica Software Solutions LLC ("MSS", "we", "us"). Last updated: July 3, 2026.
Acceptance
By installing or using MSS Order Tagging ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
The service
The App applies tags to orders and customers in your Shopify store based on rules you configure. Features and pricing plans are described in the Shopify App Store listing and within the App.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the rules you configure and the tags they produce in your store.
- You must maintain a valid Shopify account and comply with Shopify's terms.
- You must not use the App to violate any law or any third party's rights.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system according to the plan you select. Charges follow Shopify's billing terms; you can change or cancel your plan from within the App or by uninstalling it.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the App available and working, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. For support, contact Mike@mollicasoftwaresolutions.com.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App. The App does not delete your store data; tags it writes can be reviewed and removed in your Shopify admin.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
