What it does
- Exports orders, customers, or inventory as a CSV file, daily or weekly, at the time and timezone you choose.
- Lets you pick the columns and filter by tag, by date range for orders and customers, and by status for orders.
- Sends the CSV as an email attachment; large exports arrive as a secure download link that works for 24 hours.
- Emails an alert if a run fails.
- Keeps a Delivery history page for each schedule, with row counts and status, opened with its History button.
How it works
- Create a schedule and pick orders, customers, or inventory.
- Choose the columns, any filters, and when it runs.
- Add the email addresses that should get the file.
Good to know before you install
- Delivery is by email only. There is no Google Sheets destination.
- Order exports have no line items, shipping addresses, or tracking numbers.
- Order exports cover the last 60 days of orders.
- Each schedule exports one kind of record: orders, customers, or inventory.
- Exports are rows, not reports: there are no sales totals or charts.
