Recipe: email a daily list of open orders
Each morning your team inbox gets a CSV of open orders with their fulfillment status.
The settings

Steps
- In your Shopify admin, open Apps, then MSS Order Export: CSV & Email; it opens on Export schedules. Select Create schedule.
- Enter the Schedule name first, because the app does not save a schedule without one ("Schedule name is required."). Then enter the rest of the settings above, and set your Timezone.
- Select Create schedule.
- After the first run, select the schedule's History and check the row count on the Delivery history page it opens.
Good to know
- Status contains matches the order status (open, closed, or cancelled), not the fulfillment status. Sort the file by Fulfillment status to see what still needs shipping.
- Order exports cover the last 60 days of orders.
